Ricardo Soto and Moniqua Ramierz had been in possession of two lbs of cocaine and almost 800 baggage of fentanyl when the Process Drive raided their house final month, police say.
LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster couple has been arraigned on fees that they had been allegedly dealing cocaine and fentanyl in what police name an “upper-level” drug operation of their South Ann Avenue house final month.
Ricardo Soto, 51, and Moniqua Ramirez, 41, are charged with felony counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and fentanyl and prison conspiracy, in line with the Lancaster County District Lawyer’s Workplace.
The Lancaster County Drug Process Drive raided the couple’s house on the 300 block of South Ann Avenue in September, and investigators discovered greater than two kilos of cocaine, virtually 800 baggage of fentanyl, and almost $30,000 in money, prosecutors say.
The medicine have a road worth of roughly $100,000, in line with prosecutors.
The DA’s Workplace mentioned the Drug Process Drive seized:
- 956 grams of cocaine
- 783 baggage (roughly an oz.) of fentanyl
- $29,624 in money
- Packaging supplies
- A digital scale
Soto is incarcerated at Lancaster County Jail in lieu of $2.5 million bail. Ramirez is free on unsecured bail after her bail circumstances had been modified at a listening to on Oct. 23.
The raid adopted an investigation that included surveillance of exercise on the house, prosecutors say.
